THE FRENCH LANGUAGE

THE FRENCH LANGUAGE

The French language is widely recognized for its advertisements for clothing and accessories aimed at all genders; many of us have seen and heard it. French is one of the languages that many of us have wanted to speak, and we've tried to pronounce words we've heard here and there, whether in TV series or music that we've enjoyed and listened to several times. At some point, we've wanted to keep up with the rhythm, or at least that's how I am. I don't know what I'm singing, but I hum the song. I try to sing even though my pronunciation isn't perfect. Who knows what I'm saying when I do it, but oh well, it's fun.

Speaking of French, Paris would be a great place to visit and see the Eiffel Tower, explore its tourist attractions, and talk to locals. This would help our language skills flow. It would be a good goal to get to know and learn about the place at the same time, its customs, traditions, and share information about its festivities during special dates throughout the year and its gastronomy. We too can talk about our own things, show the beauty that exists in my country. When I write and see how we must communicate in the correct language, I just observe how necessary it is to learn a language to be able to communicate with others without having someone next to us translating, and so that when we share our information or receive information, it isn't something incorrect. But well, we're not going to delve into the topic of translators and guides, but how wonderful it would be to travel and learn more about that country, especially its language, because their speech sounds so beautiful, and the way they sometimes sing, the rhythm, is simply perfect.

THE JAPANESE LANGUAGE

JAPANESE THROUGH SERIES.

The Japanese language is something many of us have heard, especially teenagers who are fans of anime and series that continue to shape our lives.
This country has produced many great series that have been seen and recognized worldwide, enjoying great popularity in the entertainment industry. Many people love reading subtitles and listening to anime in its original language. I love watching anime and reading manga, although others hate reading and prefer to translate everything into their own language.

Well, it's a matter of personal preference, but I do feel that watching series dubbed in my own language would take away all the value of the series. Besides, by watching series and listening to the original language, I learn words that, well, maybe I won't use because I don't have any friends who know Japanese, but I'd save them to tease people, and if I ever find someone, I'd put them into practice. Of course, they might not understand me, but I'd try to use their language out of respect or the basics I've learned, like greetings and other things that are always seen in series. By the way, nobody cares, but my favorite anime is Dragon Ball, and my son also likes series. It's a hobby I share with him. We enjoy the free time I have to watch various anime that are currently airing. I do make him read subtitles so he can absorb the words. To be honest, I'm fascinated by Japanese. I love listening to how they speak; their accents really catch my attention, and I'd love to learn this language too. Maybe later on, but right now I'm focused on English and I'm too lost to start another one.

For example, this video below is subtitled in English, but it's in the original Japanese.

CHINESE LANGUAGE

CHINESE CULTURE.

Chinese culture is very well known. Those of us interested in the language and culture know about the traditional Chinese New Year festival, where beautiful activities take place and an animal is chosen to represent the birth year of those born that year. This tradition is very important to them, and people interested in this festival travel to see the spectacle the Chinese put on. Besides enjoying these wonderful things, it's also good for us to go there because we'll learn a little more about them and also practice what little we know of the language. Remember that we study a second language and know about it, but we haven't exactly focused on its grammar itself. We just put to use the knowledge we've learned or absorbed from series, movies, or people, and from classes we've taken that will be useful at some point. "Well, the time has come to use it after so many hours in front of the phone and TV watching series; we have to put what we've learned to use!" jajaja (Sorry, that was a joke; if you didn't get it, I'm not going to explain it).

A curious fact I heard some time ago, and which I've also experienced, is that if people spend a lot of time with others, they tend to learn significant things from them, for example, their language. Many of us can learn phrases or some commonly used words, which helps us communicate with them without any communication difficulties. I love the Chinese language, and I find their culture fascinating. I've only shared information about the Chinese New Year, but there are many more beautiful festivals, and it's a pleasure to learn more about them.

THE IRISH LANGUAGE

THE IRISH Ireland is a beautiful country to know, although its language has been disappearing and they speak a second language like English...
